Group Fitness Pricing
Effective October 17, 2016, our Group Fitness program pricing is for unlimited use and is based upon 4 week time periods as follows:
Members who train at least once per week with a personal trainer receive complimentary Group Fitness
$25 per 4 week period with a 24 week commitment
$30 per 4 week period with a 12 week commitment
$40 per 4 week period with no commitment
or $10 per class
Non-members add $25 to the prices listed above
Yoga

Yoga is an amazing workout not only for your physical self but mental as well. It is for absolutely all ages and all strengths. You will find yourself pleasantly relaxed after the class, yet shocked with the results a consistent class routine can give you.
Weight Loss 101
Instructed by: Theo Dasher
This class is a basic introduction to weight loss and body fat reduction. There will be a class on 9/28/16 at 7 pm to introduce the plans for this class.
